Fatiha is a fantastic childminder. We looked for a childminder after a disappointing experience at a Montessori Nursery, and she exceeded our expectations. Fatiha is enthusiastic, caring and reliable. She is full of creativity and consistently adjusts activities to our child abilities, skilfully balancing challenges and plays to build his confidence. As parents, we particularly appreciate her communication. Not only for the pictures and detailed daily feedback, but also for her listening skills, constructive comments and support at challenging times such as the “terrible 2” or potty-training periods.

Raphaël is now a lively little boy, exploring the world and communicating with his peers confidently. We are thankful to Fatiha for her outstanding job, supporting our efforts to raise him the best we can.
