Our son has been spending one day a week with Rachel since Jan 14. We've been very pleased with the care he's received and the fun and creative activities that the children do. For example, trips to Pennywell Farm, the beach, woods and lots of creative art and messy play. We were very happy with Rachel's range of qualifications and that she's an experienced mum. Rachel made a big effort to make our son feel settled when he was suffering from separation anxiety. Her house is a lovely family home with lots of fun and creative toys. After a not so positive impersonal nursery experience we looked for a childminder and found Rachel and we were very happy that our son got to spend time with the same 2 other children each week and liked the personal touch of monthly photos in his diary showing all the things he'd been doing. Also good to see his learning journey. We were worried that our son wouldn't settle for naps, but he adapted to the routine easily. We were also pleased with the range of healthy lunches that Rachel cooks for the children. Overall we would highly reccommend Rachel as a reliable, caring childminder.
