Very friendly and flexible

Kath and her team have been doing a great job looking after my 3 year old daughter. Kath has been very flexible and accommodating of our childcare needs as we needed someone who could pick up from another playgroup setting. Kath and team helped my daughter to settle in well to s second child care setting and she enjoys her time when she is there taking part in lots of different activities.

Excellent and We'll taken Care off

Was looking for a childminder for my 2yr old and Found Kath on child care website. This was my first child minder experience and it was pretty positive nothing to complain about. My child loves visiting aunty Kath's place. Kath takes good care of the children. From what I have seen, She keeps you informed about your child performance and notifies you of any concerns. The collection of toys is pretty good Which keeps kids pretty engaged with lots of activities. I would surely recommend it.

Excellent

I contacted Kathlen and we arranged time to visit her house. I love her house and I feel comfortable.Then when my daughter starting with her she is very happy.Kathlen and her staff are very kind. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for childcare.

A child care you can trust

We found Kathleen on the childcare website after having not so good experience at a nursery. Kath is absolutely the one we were looking for. She is warm and welcoming, cares for the kids she minds, and very importantly she is honest in giving feedback on how your child did when at her care, which wasn’t the case with the nursery our son used to go.
Our son started with Kath earlier this month (Jan’17), just after he turned one – and being a clingy baby its taking time for him to settle (as you’d expect) but Kath has done an amazing job. She has always been honest with us and taking best care possible of our child. We are assured that all his needs are well taken care of – be it the food, nappy change, play, rest or keeping him warm while he is asleep or taken out and being loved (regular cuddles).
Our son has a lot of milestones to reach and we are sure that all his learning and developmental needs will also be taken care of by Kath and her amazing team.

Friendly, Loving and Caring

When I was looking for childcare for my youngest son Kathleen promptly replied to my advert and we arranged a meeting for the next day. Kathleen is very open and honest and puts the interests of all children in her care first! We always feel very welcome in Kathleen's home and as part of the family. My son loves spending time there, the days are filled with lots of interesting and fun activities and I feel confident that he is well cared for and looked after. I can highly recommend Kathleen!

Professional and friendly

Kathleen is professional and was great with our little girl. She is well educated and up to date with the legislation including health and safety, food and hygiene which was a positive note as we were happy to know our little girl was eating healthy foods and looked after in a safe environment. Kathleen is honest and has got an effective communication. We respect Kathleen for her honesty and advice. She is caring by nature and very organised. I would recommend Kathleen as the best childminder in Newcastle. As we are expecting our second child soon, we had to suspend Kathleen's service so I can spend as much time possible bonding with our little girls before the new arrival.

my 3 years old kid stay with Kathleen. she picking him up from nursery everyday. she never late to the school she never let me. my son, love being with her, he always want and ask to go to her house even in the weekends :) . i feel my kid behavior is really improved since before Kathleen. he is now learn to do everything by himself before asking. in holidays i put all my three kids (7yrs, 5yrs and 3 yrs) with Kathleen . they love to go to her house and not go to the out of school club. i am student here , and the childminder was always and headache and keep my attention away from my degree until i deal with Kathleen . i recommend her for all of my friends.

Excellent

I found Kath's profile , i gave her a text and she responded. we arranged for a meeting. i went with my kids to see their reaction because they could be fussy if they dont like the environment especially my kids are scared of dogs. instantly the kids loved there, and MIMI the dog is no bother at all. Kath's home is home away from home, lovely family environment, very welcoming, warm with lots of activities for kids. i leave the kids without any worries. Sophie and Sean look forward to going to Aunt Kath's house . thank you Kath for all your hard work We love you xxx

I found Kath due to this website, read her profile and gave her a ring.. she offered me a time to go and meet her and show me her home and talked to me about herself and the sort of things i would expect while my son was in her care. I was very pleased and so was my son. On the first day of Charlie staying with Kath she made me feel at ease knowing that sometimes Charlie is hard to settle when i leave. Kath sends me photos of the endless activities that she puts forward for all Children. She will always give a detailed overlook on what my son has done throughout the day and also helps with anything she can.. Nothing is to much trouble to Kath and her 2 Assistants and i could not reccomend her highly enough! I go to work knowing my son is in perfect care and i dont need to worry!! Thankyou Kath xxxx

Fantastic

I saw Kath's Profile when I was looking for Holiday Childcare at short notice. She was able to give me an initial meeting to discuss and also view her home.
I was happy with the children friendly environment and her personality.

My Four years old Son had a fantastic time and didn't want to go back home at the end of his stay in Newcastle. Every week was fun filled with lots of educational and fun activities and outings. Within the month they made crafts, studied plants, went to the Beach, Aquarium, Farm (his favourite), and Parks. She also gets top marks for providing healthy meals as my Son (though skinny) loves food especially his fruits and veg. I was kept informed of all their activities and also received pictures of my son during the day. She delivered excellently and I will definitely choose Kath for my childcare if I eventually relocate to Newcastle.
