Both my older children went to a nursery setting. When I had Bella I was lucky enough to have 15 months off work with her so when it came to looking for childcare I was torn. My sister urged me to try a childminder and I wish I had made this move earlier. The setting is so inviting and spacious and although it is part of Lisa's home it is clearly segregated, although all the family make the children feel welcome.

The setting is interactive and engaging. Lisa sets themes for each term with each week being a different topic and she adapts the setting to match these. Lisa has amazing knowledge and an imaginative mind which she brings to life with the children. They go to play groups, on nature walks and days out which tie in the topic of the week.

Bella has thrived in Lisa's care so much so that my sister believes she is more advanced than her son who is in reception with her communication, writing and development. Bella has developed impeccable manners and thought for others, she has been taught to share and involve everyone.

Lisa's communication is faultless, she informs us of all the necessities and also the topic for the week and ways to bring this into our home life. Bella often asks us to take pictures to send to Lisa to show her she's still learning.

Lisa has been absolutely tremendous throughout the Pandemic and I felt Bella was in extremely safe hands when in her care.

Lisa's care feels really personal and it made me feel so much better returning to work knowing she would be enjoying herself. When Bella leaves in the summer I will be distraught as the one on one care she receives with Lisa is amazing. I hope the next intake Lisa takes on has as much fun as Bella has with her time with Lisa.
