I contacted Nicky by email for a one-time gig while vacationing in Wales. She knew it would be only for one evening, just a few hours.
She was very responsive, clear in her communications, which made me feel at ease with leaving my 7yo daughter with her for the evening.
She showed up when she said she would, looked approachable to my daughter who reported spending enough of a good time with her and followed our requests.
