About Me
Hi My name is Amanda Wiffen registration ofsted number for inspection reports is EY464790.
Firstly, I love what I do, and my enthusiasm for play based learning is evident in the children I care for.
I encourage meaningful play in tune with the children's interests as well as local and international events and celebrations.
I am keen for our day to be outside as much as possible and set up my garden with lots of engaging activities to start the children off each day when they arrive.
My Resent inspection (April 2019) I was given an 'Outstanding' grade. My skills to offer children an emotional secure environment is top priority which was noted in my inspection.
I have extremely positive parent feedback and this was something the inspector congratulated me on. I work well with the children but also with you as a family to meet the needs for your child.
My Experience
I have worked with many areas of care over the years, including; special needs, schools, hospitals and care homes.
I have an interest in arts and crafts and in the summer months run children's areas at various festivals.
My Qualifications
pediatric first aid, lots of behavioural courses. Nvq 3 children and young people.
