I am a 30 something year old, fun loving busy mum of three children. Childminder by day-babysitter by night.
I hold a childcare qualification (Level 3 equivalent), am Paediatric First aid trained, and have a current up to date DBS (formerly CRB).
I have a clean full UK drivers license and own my own car with business use on my insurance policy so where the need arises, I am able to collect children from evening activities etc.

My Experience
I absolutely love what I do and it's all I've ever known. I grew up in a Childminding environment myself as my wonderful mum was also a childminder. However, prior to settling as a Childminder, I worked in several other children related roles over the years, including as a children's party coach, nursery assistant and a nanny.
Prior to taking a break from regular babysitting to have my daughter (my oldest), I used to be known in the local community I used to live in as the go to babysitter and the families knowing each other often meant they arranged for children from several families to be looked after together; which made for some interesting bedtime routines...but I enjoyed the challenges this sometimes bought! Since having my daughter and prior to my middle being born, I did some occasionally/ad-hoc babysitting, which has included wedding babysitting.
