My Experience
Over 14 years of childcare experience
I started working for my first family of 4 children in September 2009.
The 2 younger children were born in my care and I thoroughly enjoyed being part of their family and the challenges that it presented.
I lived in with them for 2 years whilst they settled into their new family home. I was actively involved in their move to the country. They extended their family with many animals and I thoroughly enjoyed all these extra responsibilities. I was lucky enough to travel with these employers and have visited many lovely places around the world. I was with this family for just over 7 wonderful years and we are still in close contact now.
Whilst working with the previous family I widened my childcare abilities looking after 3 energetic boys aged 1-6. I learnt to help manage the eldests boys Type1 Diabetes and adapted myself to the role.
My following role was working for a lovely family in Haslemere. Caring for 3 children. Girl/Boy twins and their younger brother. I have gained experience caring for a child with Autism and have helped manage every aspect of family life.
Including homeschooling throughout lockdown.
Soon after this I fell pregnant and had my first little boy, Teddy.
When Teddy turned 6 months old I got back to work.
I worked for 2 separate families and took Ted along with me.
Family 1 - a 2 yr old boy and a 1 yr old girl.
Wednesdays & Thursdays - a 1 yr old boy and a 5yr old girl.
We have relocated to royston from Surrey and leaving my last roles I have had my second little boy, Alfred.
I am now a very proud mummy to my boys.
I have great references and happy to share these on request.
My Qualifications
9 GCSE's including maths and English
3 A-levels in Art, PE and Biology
Enhanced DBS check
Over 14 years experience
Mummy to 2 boys. (Aged 21 months and 6 months)
