About Me

I am an enthusiastic 20 year old who has completed a level 3 diploma in children and young peoples workforce, holds an enhanced CRB check, also known as a DBS check, along with an up to date paediatric first aid certificate.
I currently reside In the Seamills area of Bristol, but am happy to consider all areas depending on public transport as I don't currently drive. I have the options to reside in Keynsham, Seamills or Avonmouth and am committed to finding a permanent, rewarding job with a family who are looking for a nanny to provide their childcare.
I have approximately 3 years current experience in childcare, which consists of a childminder's assistant as my placement alongside my level 3 diploma, where I became competent at helping to run a structured day, inclusive of healthy & nutritious meal planning, activity planning and observations, learning journey documenting and lots of fun, with both babies, toddlers, pre-school age children and after schoolers once we completed the school run to the local school.
I then went on to a full time nannying role, having full time sole responsibility of three children, a 13 year old boy, 6 year old boy and 4 year old girl, whilst their mum worked abroad for a period of four months. This job, although demanding was extremely rewarding as I was able to create routine and structure and watch the children flourish and thrive in their own environment via their normal routines, but also with added extra outings and activities to local groups, libraries, soft play areas, parks and bus trips.
In addition, I also regularly babysit for two families, during the daytime, overnight and evenings at various intervals, looking after a 2 & 6 year old and a 5 and 12 year old.
Therefore, I believe I am competent at caring for a range of ages and multiple children at a time and am now looking for another permanent employment position to continue doing the job I love!
