Kirsty looked after my son Matthew from 11 months old until he started school in September 2017. Kirsty definitely provides a home from home environment for her minded children, and takes great care in ensuring the dynamics between her minded children work. Matthew thrived with Kirsty; he was quite a stubborn and strong-willed toddler and Kirsty was amazing, putting so much effort to ensure consistent care, and it made us better parents as we didn't want to undo Kirsty's great work. Matthew still runs to Kirsty for a hug at school and remembers very fondly his time in her care. I couldn't recommend Kirsty highly enough as a minder. All the children in her care are equally important to Kirsty, and she offer affection, kindness, generosity of spirit and is consistent in all she does.
