Arranged to meet my little girl and I after a conversation over the phone. Advised us that she would be able to look after my little girl on a Monday. Didn't arrive and when I rung her, she texted me to say she had forgotten. She did not try and rearrange. She had obviously changed her mind but could be bothered to let us know. My daughter and I were waiting for her at the window to arrive.
