Hello, My name is Lisa , I am 29 years old, I currently study at Liverpool Hope University, I am doing a foundation year before starting my degree in theology and childhood and youth.
I have always been passionate about working with children since I was a young child, growing up my parents were foster carers and looked after children with additional needs. I always felt that the children were my siblings and I feel families are important. My parents taught me that children should be valued and that we need to care for them physically, emotionally, and socially that each and every child should be encouraged to work towards there full potential in life and every little thing children do is important.
Friends would describe me as fun loving, caring, keen to help and have a good re pore with children.
At present I am not able to drive, I have had some driving lessons in the past and I am keen to continue.
My Experience
I have volunteered in a primary school with children ages 5-10.
whilst, in college studying for my level 3in childcare and education, I completed my placement in a nursery. I qualified in 2022.
I worked as a nanny for a family with their daughter for 5 years. She had autism and global development delay.
I have also helped in children's work in the church, helping in the creche, Sunday school, and many different groups they had running including a Saturday group for children with additional needs.
My Qualifications
Level 3 childcare and education
First aid training.
My Availability
Available for any childcare needs including nanny or babysitting jobs.
I will be willing to do other duties if required.
