My Experience

I have experience with my own babies. I love to help parents establish a good and structured routine, which results in a happier and more contented baby. My aim is to make sure that your baby gets the correct milk intake all day, by scheduling their feeds and sleep correctly in a 24 hour period. Once your baby has the dream feed and drops the middle of the night feeds, he should sleep peacefully until 6/7am, eventually dropping the dream feed.
For the first few weeks your baby will need feeding every 2-2 1/2 hours, and then we can slowly start stretching the feeding times once he/she has regained their birth weight. This is all done gradually, and at the baby's own pace.

I feel passionate about my work, helping new Mum's, and getting baby onto the right routine, resulting in less anxiety and sleepless nights for Mum and Dad. I do believe in encouraging a baby to self settle and to encourage healthy sleep habits, but I respect the wishes of every parent, and am flexible in my approach.

I am meticulous in my work, organised, discreet, punctual, trustworthy, respectful and easy to be around.

I am also available to help settle Mum and baby in after arriving home from hospital. I will support and guide mum in all aspects of baby care, and guide on a feeding and sleeping routine.
