I have two wonderful children, a daughter aged 14 and a son aged 8.
I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, going for walks, visiting parks and swimming.
Before having children I spent time back packing around the world visiting countries such as Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, Bali, America, Hong Kong, Singapore and Thailand.
My Experience
I have worked in Childcare for the past 25 years.
During this time I have had a variety of roles which have included running a baby unit within a busy nursery, head of Pre School, a full time Nanny, temporary Nanny, After School Nanny, Manager of a 63 place Nursery and setting up my own private Pre School which I co owned and co managed for 5 years.
I have had the pleasure of caring for children from newborn right up to teenagers. I enjoy planning fun and engaging activities and supporting children in all areas of learning.
My Qualifications
I am NNEB qualified.
I also have an NVQ 4 in Management which I gained whilst Managing a nursery.
I have a current Paediatric First Aid Certificate.
I have also received training in Child Protection and Special Educational Needs.
I have a full, clean, UK driving license and have my own car.
