Claudia is a very friendly lady who was brilliant with my boys. She found out their interests and incorporated that when she would watch them. She is fun. Yet, at the same time ensures that they are well behaved and reports back any issues straight away.

I personally think that Claudia is amazing as do my boys. They completely adore her.
