Hello I've worked in childcare for 10+ years as a nanny, childminder assistant, in a creche and even as a dance teacher for all ages. I am a qualified sleep trainer and I have a great knowledge of the EYFS and regularly attend courses on childcare to keep up to date.
I love being creative, silly, active, cooking and I even enjoy cleaning! (Mad I know) I like to think I have found the right ballance between being fun but also setting appropriate boundaries.
My Experience
I have been working with kids from a young age; at a dance school, babysitting, nannying, sleep training, working in a crèche, a temp job in a Montessori nursery on Richmond hill and even childminding.
I have experience working with children with special needs, such as autism, as well as working with children that have problems with mobility, and feel comfortable being their sole charge.

Rachel has provided sole charge care for me for over a year for my 6m (now 18m) and 4yo boys. She is everything you could want, ofsted registered, reliable, fun, a fantastic cook and a former fashion student so if your outfit for work doesn't work she will let you know! I'm more than happy to provide references. We are only letting her go due to relocation at the end of July '16 but could possibly let her go sooner providing you promise to be wonderful to her.
