A wonderful childminder

Ellaine looked after our daughter from the age of 10 months to 3 years when we moved out of the area, and still provides occasional childcare for us. She is highly experienced, warm, perceptive and calm. She provides a great environment for the children she cares for - caring and nurturing, with plenty of activities, a family atmosphere and a spotless home. Ellaine is a good communicator and is flexible and helpful to us as parents. She supported us with our daughter's development such as with things like potty training, and managed some allergies without any fuss. We would highly recommend her.

Lovely, friendly and affectionate

Our daughter loves Ellaine. The family environment Ellaine creates is just what we want for her. Ellaine takes her out every day, to the park, library, museum, play groups, etc. Ellaine is very experienced with children having had 4 of her own, plus grandchildren. Ellaine daily records everything the child does including meals in a book for the parents to take home. It's lovely reading that at the end of the day. We couldn't recommend Ellaine more highly.

Outstanding

Ellaine is an Outstanding childminder. I was fortunate enough to get a place for my daughter at her thriving home run business since she is very popular!

A typical day involves lots of positive interaction and stimulation in a safe home from home environment, trips out to local amenities and fun fancy dress-up days at home.

Children in Ellaine’s care are well tended to and any issues are clearly communicated. Although given Ellaine’s wealth of experience with children means that there is little cause for drama.

Leaving my daughter in the safe and caring hands of Ellaine gives her dad and me the reassurance we need to get on with work and other things.

I would highly recommend Ellaine and the services she offers.

Superb childminder

Ellaine has been looking after my daughter for about 6 months, since I went back to work. I couldn't have wished for a lovelier person to look after my daughter, who clearly loves being there. Ellaine has a great way with children and is constantly thinking up new things and activities for them to do which means the days are always fun-filled and educational. My daughter formed a close attachment to Ellaine from the beginning and it means so much to me to know that she is being so well looked after.

Ellain has been my daughters childminder since she was 9 months old my daughter is nearly 2 now, she warmed to ellain very quickly and has had a great bond with her ever since! she has come such a long way and learned alot whilst being there! my daughter has made great friends and can not wait to get to ellaines house each morning. I love that ellaine takes the children in her care out to different play groups and childrens centres. I would fully recomend ellaine to other parents, she is great with the kids and very caring.
