I met Naydine after my first childminder retired and initially I was worried I'd never find another as good. Then we found Naydine! Naydine is friendly, honest, approachable and all encompassing in her care. My daughter has really flourished in her care and I believe that her educational background really gives her the edge in bringing about development and grounding towards preschool age. As with every two year, there have been some behavioural issues with my daughter but Naydine is consistent, firm but fair and works with me seamlessly so we are both acting in the same way and looking for same results.
Her Family are lovely and I feel very much part of the team when there. Her husband has often been commandeered into 'daddy playing' when my daughter spies him and it's a lovely wholesome and warming environment.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Naydine and am able to provide further references if so required.
