One of the Family - Superb

We have been lucky enough to have Kim as our childminder since Feb 2016. My daughter was 9 months old when she started and Kim made my transition back to work so easy by keeping us update on how Skyler was settling in. Even now Skyler jumps out of Bed at the mention of going to Kim's. Often its hard to get her to leave in an evening.

Kim has a designated children room full of entertainment for the children ranging from Babies to after-schoolers. Her facilities are excellent, including a toilet for the children, and excellent outdoor play area. We provide our own meals but Kim is happy to help out if we are unable to. Kim will go above and beyond the call of duty and is always accommodating if we have delays on trains.

Kim is very experienced and keeps up to date with her courses to ensure she has all the up to date information for health and safety.

Kim is so patient with the Children and they just love her. Her positive outlook on life very much mirrors ours and so we know skyler has adopted this too. I can't recommend Kim enough and we are very lucky to have her, like I say she really feels like one of the family and Skyler just adores her.
