My Experience
After getting a B at A-level in childcare and Education I went on to work at a OFSTED awarded 'OUTSTANDING' day nursery. I worked there for almost two years with a variety of different age groups before making the decision to return to education to pursue a teaching career. Whilst working at the nursery I met lots of families (many of whom I went on to babysit for) and have experience working with, and/or babysitting children from Newborn-12 years. After leaving the nursery I went on to work with a family looking after 2 month old twins for 4 months before I started my University course. I have since qualified as a primary school teacher and have been teaching for the last 6 years. I have also been a nanny in the school holidays.
I am DBS checked, first aid trained and have additional qualifications in safeguarding children.
