Dissapointing :-(

We have mostly had a great experience with babysitters and childminders, unfortunately the experience with Hayley was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

Long story short, we were in touch with Hayley based on her CV and one prior review, and agreed an evening to meet and babysit. Unfortunately, Hayley didn't turn up and furthermore there was no explanation or apologies ahead of the event.

Dora (although goes by Dory, like the fish) is gentle and great with kids, and recall lots of fun times with various games activities, with a particular interest in Lego. Thanks for all your help!

engaging and great communication

Emma has been a wonderful nanny for our two kids over the past two months, and in particular she has had been very helpful and engaging with the kids. Also great communication both with ourselves and the kids, and proactively asking for feedback. Will definitely keep Emma in mind for a future occasion.
