Eileen was very supportive and understanding. She could always engage my 2 year-old daughter with interesting and useful activities as well as make her relaxed and peaceful with a good conversation. Eileen was always happy to share helpful tips, especially about routine organisation. She has organised my daughters first play date which went really well. She has become a good friend to our daughter and she always talks nicely about her. We are out of the UK at the moment but hope to work with her again when we are back.
