We approached Rachel to cover after school pick-ups from the local Chepping View Primary Academy. She was recomended to us by our then pre-school child minder.

I simply do not have a bad thing to say about Rachel. She is great with the kids, knows when to have fun with them, but has boundaries, that they know not to cross.

She is very open with what is going on and any issues that she foresees. When issues do arise, she is able to work with parents to ensure that these are resolved as quickly as possible.

During our time, she has not only looked after my eldest after school, but also my youngest on an ad hoc basis as needs arise. Her attitude on this, is ask and if I can fit in an extra child for the day I will. This has proven invaluable on a couple of occations.

She always comes across as a genuin and proffesional childminder, with a good sence of humour and a great repour with the kids.

Both my kids love her and at the end of the day (in combination with all the above), you can't ask for more.
