Excellent

Tor looked after my son whilst I had an interview in London. He really enjoyed his time with her. She was very attentive helping him settle- with an amazing collection of trains inside, then a sandpit and lovely garden outside. On the train on the way home he talked about everything he had been doing. Tor gave me an update on how he was getting on, which was very reassuring.

Tor communicated very well with me prior to the visit, which reduced my worries prior to my interview. Her house is lovely, a very homely, child-friendly space. The lunch looked really nice too- and my little boy ate really well.

Brilliant

Leah was so accommodating, arranging one-off childcare for me last minute. Really friendly and flexible. My son really enjoyed his time with her; he felt really at home. He asked when we can go back to Sheffield to see her :)

Brilliant

Francine is brilliant- she accommodated my request for emergency childcare last minute and was extremely accommodating. She is very kind and understanding. She gave me updates on how my son was getting on during the day, which was very reassuring. My son is often shy in new places, but he settled in quickly. The most important feedback of all- my son said that he really enjoyed his time with Francine and asked when he could go back to play at her house :)
