I returned to work when my son was 9 months old. I was very nervous about leaving my son with anyone as im sure all first time parent are! Nicky immediatley made me feel at ease and i felt like Nickys house was a home from home. Matthew had breakfast, lunch and dinner with Nicky and he was made to feel like part of the Cramp family, with set routines of play groups, meal times and Nicky also took him to swimming lessons. Nicky was flexible with her working hours and always tried to accomodate any early starts and late finishes when i have been stuck in traffic. I would recommend Nicky to anyone who asks as i really feel she treats her childminded children the same as her own. I recieved numberous drawings etc every week and Nicky also completed a scrap book including photos of special moments i had missed. Matthew is now 4 and starting school in September and I truly believe that i could not have found a better childminder for Matthew to spend the past three years with and would highly recommend Nicky to all parents looking for a friendly, loving home for their child whilst at work....
