About Me
I have always loved working with children! I am a qualified primary teacher with plenty of experience across the ages!
I love baking and any form of arts and crafts which I think shows in my love for fun and learning with the children.
My Experience
I am a qualified primary school teacher, this has provided me with the ability to work with a range of children with different abilities. I have worked in a private nursery for almost 3 years alongside my undergraduate degree, supporting children ages 3 months - 5 years.
I was able to support the children, thinking of fun and engaging activities to suit a range of ages.
I am not afraid to get messy and have fun! I want the children to have fun, but also learn while doing so!
My mum is also a foster care and through this role, I have gained a lot of experience working with children in a range of ages. From birth to 13 years old. This has enlightened me to the experiences that not all children have and to be very open with different circumstances.
My Qualifications
I have completed my CACHE diploma in childcare at a Level 3. I also achieved my food hygiene level 2 and a paediatric first aid course.
I have also completed a BA Hons degree in Early Childhood Studies, focussing on chidlren ages 0-8.
I have completed my teaching degree (PGCE) and am currently working as a primary school teacher. This provides me with a variety of training course such as PREVENT, Safeguarding and a knowledge of children a learning.
