Nanny Charlotte has been looking after my 5 yr old daughter and 7 year old son for a year now and the kids love spending time with her , she is a very friendly kind hearted person who takes time to listen to the kids and play games with them , she is great around the house too helping out . She I very punctual and is happy to stay longer to support where needed . We couldn't ask for a better Nanny 😊
