Amazing - home from home!

My two boys went to Tina’s from 6 months old until they were 4 and 6. Tina, Sara and Caz are a great team! They get to know the children so well and tailor learning to the needs of the children. The environment is outstanding, especially the garden! The best thing is my boys adored going and they were loved and cared for so well. I can’t rate Tina’s highly enough - thank you!

Fantastic.

My son was at Tina' s childminding for over 18 months, the staff are brilliant, and the preparation my son received readying him for school was fab. He's now started school and settled right in and I'm sure a large part of that is down to Tina' s. Great environment and great communications.

Really pleased!

My Daughter (nearly 2) absolutely loved attending Tina’s Childminding. Prior to joining my Daughter had difficulty with walking as she has hyper mobility, the team really helped her grow her confidence and as a result she came on leaps and bounds! Tina & her team are so friendly and very easy to talk to. I will definitely be sending my Son when he’s a little older!

Fantastic

I had to return to work when my son was just 7 months old. Tina and the ladies met with me and showed me around they made me feel right at home. I knew then this was the place for Oliver.
We have detailed diary’s with photos showing activity’s and our sons development. Any concerns the ladies are just a call away.
I work shifts and everyone has been so accomadating and flexible.
Our son loves tina, Sarah and Kaz he always comes home telling us what a great day he has had.
These ladies have been with my son through teething, bottle feeding, weaning and potty training. I have never once gone to work anxious as I know he is just fine. These ladies are a big reason my son has developed the way he has and I will always be so greatful.
I will be sad when he has to leave for school.

Supportive, flexible and professional

I wanted my children to have the comforts of being at home with the social aspect of a nursery and I believe Tina's is that happy medium.
Tina has taken the stress out of being at work with her flexible and kind nature accommodating my varying shift patterns over the last six years.
Both my boys have gone to her and now my youngest is moving onto full time school. They have both developed well and she has taught them to be respectful to others by being firm but fair.
The garden is absolutely amazing and with boys who are full of energy it was the perfect place for them to explore and let off steam.
I have beautiful photo albums that demonstrate all the hard work the team put into different activities and document my boys development.
Most importantly Tina has not once let me down.

Place where abilities and individuals shine

My little girl started at 10months old when i had to go back to work, as i have changed around companies and work has come and gone shifts have changed tina and the ladies have done nothing more than everything they can to ensure that they can cater for the needs of me and my daughter..
My little girl was very anxious unsettled and new to it all to start with and we worked together to ensure she could have a positive experience..
Now shes bloomed at tinas so much.. apart from the slight tantrums and tears of a 2year old...
When sienna first started id gotten her into a routine that suited us tina and the ladies had no problems with ensuring this routine was followed to allow the best for my daughter.
My little girl comes out everyday with a slip of paper to tell me about her day sleeps,meals,activities, friends this is important to me as me and my little girl chat about this on the way home.. she now also enjoys her time at tinas that much she goes in without any tears and will come out smiling waving and have lots of lovely stories to tell me about the day shes had and ask me when shes next going..
Tinas house is amazing for the children and they especially love the garden which has recently had a makeover to look like a lovely activity area for all ages..
Meals are always varied and any concerns and allergies are always adhered to ensuring each childs individual needs are met...
I would happily send any other child i have in the future to tinas childminding and i thank them for all their continued support with my little girl...

Excellent Childminder

My nearly 3 year old daughter has been with Tina for the best part of 2 years now and I wouldn't have her with anyone else. At first my little girl was reluctant to leave me but thanks to Tina and the ladies she soon got used to it and now walks in without even looking back. It's like her second home. The port folios are a great way of seeing what your child gets upto. Tina and the girls are extremely welcoming and easy to talk to, trustworthy and professional. My little girl has so much fun and has made so many friends. Her confidence and speech have come on greatly after attending Tinas. Would highly recommend her to anyone. Thanks for all you do with the children :)

Absolute godsend!

Tina had my twin boys from a very early age as I had to go back to work after 6 months and I was worried about leaving them with someone else. (They are nearly 4 now and have just started nursery). When we met, Tina gave me complete confidence they would be in safe knowledgeable hands. Her home has been adapted for childcare and her garden play area has everything a child could possibly want!

A large part of their developmental life has been spent at Tina's and she taught my boys (amongst many many other things) how to use their manners and to know right from wrong (although they still try their luck sometimes). The boys made numerous friends throughout their time there and they always ate well.

So accommodating when it came to changing times/day etc with enough notice which was perfect to fit with my varied job - a huge bonus for us.

I couldn't recommend her and the team high enough. I only wished we lived closer so we could have continued to use her.

Amazing childcare provider!!!!

Can't recommend Tina and her staff enough!! My first born child has been going to Tina since he was 9 months old, after she was recommended to me by a work colleague.

He has been with Tina 3 days per week for around 2 years now and she and the other staff have been fabulous with my Son. It took him quite a long time to settle but Tina helped to assure me that he was perfectly happy and that I had nothing to worry about.

She and the staff are very knowledgeable and are happy to share tips all the time time which help with my little boy. The facilities seem very good and Tina is very dedicated and clearly loves what she does!!!

It's wonderful to see the photos album and development book to see what he gets up to and what leaps and bounds he is making in the time he has been with Tina and her staff.

I wanted to ensure that he was being cared for in the same way by Tina, his Grandmother and us as parents to ensure that the approach was as consistent as possible. Tina and the staff have been great and communicating with us and discussing any changes in his behaviour which appears to have had a very positive impact on his overall development.

I have absolutely no reservations about dropping him off because I'm confident that he is being very well cared for and is having fun with the other children. Wonderful childminder!!!!!

Nanny McPhee's got nothing on Tina!

My daughter was not the easiest child. She suffered from out of control hitting herself- tantrums that would last hours and as a single mom I felt I'd tried everything I could and nothing worked I really was at the end of my tether as a parent.

Then my daughter started at Tina's. Id previously discussed the issues we'd had. Health visitors had scored her a few points off being referred to cams, and Tina was amazing. She started a daily reward scheme with her, amongst other things and within a few weeks my daughter and her attitude frantically changed for the better.

We are still new to this but the transformation has been amazing. I would recomend Tina and her day care to any parent with any child with different learning abilities. She is so experienced with all kids and has even converted her house to meet the needs of the childcare she provides. That is commitment to her cause and I can not thank her enough for what she has done for my daughter. There should be more than five stars xxx
