We have had a really positive experience with Bal and Gee. Our son took a little while to settle (lockdown baby) but now is really getting into it and making pals with the other children. Communication from Bal is excellent and we're always kept up to date :)

I would like to highly recommend Bal and Guru and their childcare service. They are not only providing the excellent care for our little one but are very understating of our fears/personal circumstances and support us whenever needed. Bal being a mother herself always helps with a piece of advice for our baby boy. We were a bit afraid that our little one will have problems with settling in but nothing like that happened! We got pics and detailed update every day to check how he is doing. They are not only fantastic childminders but also absolutely lovely people. I know I can trust them with the most important - my baby.

Bal and Gurudas are lovely childminder. Me and my wife are completely satisfied with their service. My baby was not settling in his previous nursery so we moved to Bal and Guru after looking at their experience and reference. We were worried about how our child gonna settle, but we were assured by Bal and Guru and they kept their words and within few days my child got settled and now having lovely time with them. They will always communicate well and keep you up to date with your child’s progress. As a parent in would certainly recommend them as they are helpful and lovely people.

Bal has been great in supporting our family into the transition into childcare.
Although, we were all very apprehensive, she ensured we had no worries and was extremely reassuring.
My little one settled in quickly and he loves attending for the three days he attends.
She keeps the kids happy with a range of stimulating activities which we love.
An excellent setting for children of all ages and we are thankful for her support.

My 2 year old girl and 4 year old boy have been looked after wonderfully well by Bal for a number of months now. They’ve flourished under her supervision, and never get upset when we drop them off.
Bal has also been flexible and supportive, especially during the stand times of the pandemic.
Can’t rate her service and business highly enough.

I left my 5 year old son with Bal for 1 day. It was the first time i have ever used a child minder so i was quite nervous with what to expect and how my son would settle. My son had been going to nursery since he was 2 years old, so was familiar with the routine of me going to work and him going to nursery, school, holiday clubs etc, however he had never experienced staying with a child minder. My son did get a bit teary and upset a couple of times, however Bal did really well with reassuring and entertaining him. Bal has a beautiful home and the downstairs has been converted into a child orientated and safe zone with a homely feel. I didn't get to have a physical tour due to covid, but i did get to have a virtual tour. Bal sent me pictures of my son during the day which was lovely. She also catered for my sons dietary requirements. She ensured he had no allergies and provided him with a vegetarian diet and snacks during the day. Bal is very warm and happy individual, she is always smiling!

As my maternity leave was coming to an end I was really struggling to find a suitable childminder for my 10 month old baby.
I came across Bal’s profile on childcare website and got in touch with her. Bal was very friendly, accommodating and helpful. I was a bit nervous because my daughter was born in the pandemic in the midst of 2020 lockdown and therefore had not mixed with any other people apart from my husband and older daughter. Bal reassured me that my daughter was in safe hands. During the settling-in weeks, she sent me lots of photos and videos throughout the day. This helped me calm down a bit and gain confidence in the whole setting.
Bal and Gee are fantastic with kids! They provide lots of activities throughout the day and I have definitely noticed a big difference in my little ones social skills after she joined their setting. At the end of each day, Bal shares detailed info of how the day went by including activities they did, meal menus, nap times and nappy changes. So glad to have found rainbow childminders!! I would definitely recommend them!

I first met Bal a few days before the 2 weeks holiday, she was so friendly and i knew that both of my children would be happy being looked after by her, Bal is a fantastic childminder and provides lots of activities for all children and me and my husband are so happy. Xx

Our daughter has been going to Bal and Gurdas since February 2021. They have worked hard to help her settle in and play more independently. Bal provides meals, snacks and refreshments and sends pictures of our daughter participating activities during the day, she will also send a schedule of when our daughter ate, napped, how many times she had her nappy changed and activities she engaged in as well as what our daughter ate. Bal follows the routines we have in place and will also take a responsive approach if our daughter's needs change. We are also really pleased with the efforts Bal and Gurdas take to ensure their home is as safe as possible in relation to COVID-19.

Bal and Gurdas looked after our oldest son and they were like his second family. He used ask for them all the time during lockdown, Bal was like his second mum! 💕
It was a no-brainer to have our youngest son looked after by them both. It’s so hard as a parent to find somewhere that is a warm, relaxed and nurturing environment for your child, but Bal and Gurdas are. I trust them 100% and the care they give our sons has always been absolutely excellent. You can instantly relax knowing that your child is safe, happy and really well looked after. You can tell that Bal and Gurdas are parents - they have the experience and are a “safe pair of hands”😊. Bal does lovely, really creative and interesting activities with the children, from sensory, Montessori activities to art and crafts and gets the children outside in the fresh air as often as possible. They provide an absolutely wonderful caring environment and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
