About Me
Hi there I'm Shireen and i love working with children. I have two children the youngest is two and oldest is 6. I am a qualified early years practitioner and held a Senior practitioner and head of SENCO within the nursery, working closely with management . I have worked in early years for over 5 years and have experienced with working with SEN children and working very closely with Local authority to ensure that EHP are implemented and followed accordingly.
After the birth of my youngest child i decidef to make a transition into education and I currently, work in a local primary school.
My Experience
Currently i work for the nhs as a Infant feeding support worker.
I have previously worked as a primary school Teacher Assistant in reception. In addition i support children with SEN working with small groups using interventions which supports language development.
I was previously a Senior nursery nurse , room leader for baby room and preschool for 5 years, and the Senco coordinator. During my role i attended Senco conferences with croydon council representing my nursery sharing successful outcomes achieved. I provided personal care to the children and planned activities based upon childrens interest and next step.
