Thank you for the positive side to your feedback!
Unfortunately, being let down by another client has meant that I was forced to return to a previous job and unable to commit to the three days that we had discussed. This was an unfortunate circumstance and through no fault of my own, however I am forced to do what I have to do ensure I can pay the rent, as anyone else does. Unfortunately, three days work a week would not have allowed me to do that.
I did my best to meet your requirements alongside my other job, and was happy to continue working with you until you found a replacement for me, and so have done all I feel I could have done considering the circumstances, even offering to give up a planned weekend away if necessary. I hope that this clears things up and ensures you that I did all I could to avoid letting you down.

I love working with Anita. She is very attentive to my child's needs. from the outset, i set a very strict timetable for Anita, for which she was able to stick to the dot. She was also always there when our main nanny fell ill and only required a warning a day in advance.
She is also physically very fit which in our situation is very beneficial for the safety of babes. Sofia is learning how to walk and she crawls everywhere. In a moment, she can be in another room, climbing the sofa. Luckily, Anita is always there as well.
Anita also became a friend of mine and we share lots of jokes together. We will miss you Anita and hopefully you will find a good family for yourself when you are in London.

Tracy came to work with our family when Sofia was only 8 months old and worked with us for full 4 months. By 12 months, Sofia possessed a number of skills. First of all, her first clear speech became prominent at 12 months. Now she can say and indicate at 18 objects: hat, hair, toe, flower, nose, cheek, duck, door, baby, ear, dad, mummy, kick, take, tree, twinkle, star and the sun. She can mimic different animals’ sounds such monkey, fish, dog, cat and bear sounds. She can respond to action words such as: kick, throw, roll, take, shake and bang. She leant to play a number of games: hide and seek, peek-a-boo and pat-a-cake. She is very confident at play groups and often is the first to approach the child for an interaction. Stranger anxiety was not too prominent in Sofia as Tracy took her many different play groups providing her with a chance to meet many children and parents.
With Tracy being an ex-child-minder, she was never short of toys that encouraged Sofia’s development. Especially, Tracy stressed the development of fine motor skills through a variety of objects. Sofia had an opportunity to play with all percussion instruments. She applied it appropriately by ringing the bell when I was refusing to wake up early in the morning during the weekends.
Most importantly, Tracy brought lots of baby books into our house. Tracy started with touchy-feely books and ‘flip-flap’ books. Gradually, she moved Sofia to picture books with some text. Now, Sofia can have a lunch and look through the book by pointing at the pictures expecting the person to say the word.
As I am a mother who studies from home, I did not ask Tracy to feed Sofia. So I won’t be able to comment on her skills to educate a baby a how to eat.
What I truly appreciate about Tracy is her professionalism. Unlike other nannies, she did not only make a first good impression. Most importantly, she was able to maintain the same work ethics throughout her entire time with our family. Taking into account how demanding a mother can be to the person she entrusts to look after her child, Tracy was able to fulfil high expectations. Tracy is trust worthy, safe, adjusted well to Sofia’s routine and was always friendly. I really enjoyed our tea-breaks and lunch times will be missed a lot.

if you have urgent work and need someone who would stick with their promise to work for certain dates, unfortunately, Nora is not that person. After having promised me to work with us , she just turned one day and spoke about her 'circumstances' that have been apparently ongoing since much earlier this year. she gave me 3 days notice and made it look like i was terrible to her after quitting on her when she told me she had 'circumstances' she had to sort out. In general you cannot work with Dina. Unfortunately I had to fly for five days home, since my University arranged an important appointment. I gave also five days notice in order to find a solution. Dina promised that we will havd a chat when I am back. All of a sudden she informed me that her child is ill. That was even not true. She took another Nanny. Dina wrote the following: I pay, so yotj have to play my game. If you are not playing I can easily exchange you. You are only labour unit. Until now she did not even pay me. To sum up, Dina has no respect et all.

Saida came to work with our family when Sofia was only 17 months old and worked with us for full 2 months. Unfortunately, her stay was short as we no longer needed care as I have finished my studies and was capable of looking after my daughter myself.

By 19 months, Sofia possessed a number of skills. First of all, her first clear speech became prominent. She could say and indicate at many objects: hat, hair, toe, flower, nose, cheek, duck, door, baby, ear, dad, mummy, kick, take, tree, twinkle, star and the sun. Saida taught Sofia to mimic different animal sounds such as monkey, fish dog, cat and bear sounds. Saida taught her to respond to action words such as: kick, throw, roll, take, shake and bang. Saida played a number of games with Sofia: hide and seek, peek-a-boo, pat-a-cake, kicking a ball. Saida taught her numbers from 1 till 5 and was teaching colours as well. She taught our babes how to climb a slide.

Most importantly, Saida constantly encouraged Sofia to run around. She went for a walk every day and by 19 months Sofia’s gross motor skills were very well advanced. Saida has been to many playgrounds with Sofia and now babes is a big fan of outdoors activities.

What I truly appreciate about Saida is her professionalism. Unlike other nannies, she did not only make a first good impression. Most importantly, she was able to maintain the same work ethics throughout her entire time with our family. Taking into account how demanding a mother can be to the person she entrusts to look after her child, Saida was able to fulfil high expectations. Saida is trust worthy, safe, adapted well to Sofia’s routine and was always friendly. Saida will never do her business, while looking after your child. Especially, she will never use her phone around the child, which is quite commendable in the age of technology.

I would strongly recommend Saida to any parent as her work ethics and professionalism is an asset to the development of one’s child.

Donna and Warren are very lovely, kind and understanding people. They were very patient with us as we just moved into the area and accommodated our needs. I wish we lived in the area so we could drop off Sofia whenever we could. But it is not possible at the moment due to travelling distance. hopefully, in the future, if our circumstances change, we can come back to you and settle Sofia. Thank you again for being so kind and understanding.

Claire and Dale are really lovely people. We moved to Lincoln about 1,5 month ago and were lucky to find Claire's home. Unfortunately, Claire was too far away from us and for that reason, we had to switch to a new place.
Claire's setting is very clean, tidy and organised well.

Claire and Dale are really focused on developing kids' speech and every single child in her setting is a chatterbox. Claire and Dale provide lots of activities that are focused on fine motor skills, hence, children speak very well. At Claire's house, everyone loves reading books and children are best friends.

It is very easy to speak to Claire about any concerns' and she will always do her best to accommodate it. She was patient with Sofia's fussy eating and tried her best to feed a very fussy kid.

If you are worried that you child is not speaking, take them to Claire's house and in a month, you will see an amazing progress!

I did not comment on food as we brought our own food and it worked well for us.

Claire is also very flexible and tries to accomodate your needs as much as she can. Unfortunately, we had to leave as it was way out of our way, but we settled in Lincoln's Minster Nursery where our speech was praised. Thank you, Claire and Dale :) We will miss you!
