Very bad experience. I was looking forward my daughter to to starting nursery. Kerry with her unprofessionalism made all the procedure so stressful and difficult, that drove us to leave and found another childminder. Best choice of my life

First response to this is why are you lying about having a daughter? It was your son that I said couldn’t come here Friday due to his illness!
Your son was very sick on Thursday and extremely unwell screaming
He passed this sickness on to a few children in the setting including my own daughter
Due to covid-19 and Ofsteds new policies I have to close if any of the children have a temperature. Your son had a temperature aswell as my daughter and another child. I was being professional and acted how Ofsted has told me and closed the setting. I’m sorry that was inconvenient for you. I lost my grandfather to coronavirus so I have much respect for the vulnerable and would not like any vulnerable person to be exposed. I’m sorry that didn’t fit with your work
You had many settling days with me, came for teas and play dates
I updated you with photos and messages all day
You watched with your own eyes how much the children here adore me, even Ellis said to you “I love kezzy”
Your bad review is purely because my closure was an inconvenience to you
And to any parent or childminder reading this she has even called Ofsted out on me for me closing Friday due to my coronavirus policy.
I have text messages to prove her son was ill as she messaged me Friday saying he was sick
Parents, your children and family are my priority especially with this virus going around and I will do whatever is necessary to keep your children and your family safe from Covid-19. My mum is nearly 60. I will not risk it I’m afraid
Unfortunately some parents don’t understand the seriousness of the virus

We had a couple of negative experiences with childminders before we found Kerry, Kirsty and Karen.
Our daughter has been with them for over a year and she loves them all and looks forward to going there.
Kerry has a beautiful, clean and spacious home and garden and ensures the children have home cooked food and a range of activities during the day. She also keeps us up to date with messages, photos and videos throughout the day.
Kerry is extremely kind, flexible and reliable- a God-send:):):)

My son has been with Kerry, Kirsty and Karen for the past year and he absolutely loves every minute with them. Definitely feels like family and nothing is ever to much trouble and they all go out of their way to help and keep in touch with updates. He loves the wide range of activities, large space to run around as well as a well equipped garden to play in. Life long friends have been made and I can’t recommend Kerry highly enough!!

My little girl has the time of her life at Kerry’s. Her team alongside her lovely mum and sister make a happy warm environment where her days are full of fun, play and making life long friends. I always get pics and updates on what she’s up to which I love and she always comes home so happy after a day with them, what more could you ask for! :-)

Kerry, along with Kirsty and Karen have looked after our son for 18 months now and we could not be happier with the level of care he's received. Together they are the crack team of childcare: extremely reliable, very professional and flexible when you need.
Her setting is modern, light, spacious and clean and filled with lots for the kids to do and with new additions all the time. There are toys and books galore, arts and crafts and an abundance of things to fire their imaginations for all important roll play.
The garden is well equipped for lots of outdoor play and there is even a lovely sheltered space where the kids can play, or take lunch al fresco! Lunch is filled with will healthy options and Kerry has always made sure that my vegetarian boy is well catered for.
I could go on all day about how fabulous this childminder is, but if I had to describe Kerry's childcare with one word it would be: Kind. Kindness radiates from this Childminder Extraordinaire, and your little one will be in safe hands in her care.

Was recommended Kerry and family from my previous childminder who had to move away.
I can honestly say I was delighted to come across Kerry Karen & Kirsty.
Walked in to a beautiful spacious home with garden and playroom.
My son runs up the drive everyday which is very comforting as I know he obviously loves being there.
I am kept up to date daily with photos and messages and can message Kerry whenever I like. No nursery offers this and not many childminders so I am grateful of this.
I like the fact it’s family run, I am so pleased I found you all xx

Kerry is a lovely and a amazing childminder, I am fussy who I leave my children with and when I went to visit Kerry before hand, I was more then happy, kerry sends me photos of my children doing different activities which is lovely to see, my children are very happy, Kerry's home is like my children's 2nd home, they love her as much as I do.
So happy i met her x

Lovely childminder and setting
Great big house and garden with lots of fun activities to do for all ages
Was nervous to leave my little one but love the flexibility with Kerry and the family if I'm running late, the fact they do all food and supply nappies wipes etc which is great for a mum like me on the go.
I am kept up to date with photos and daily activities my child is doing
Kerry will go the extra mile to help us, she is so kind and generous and we couldnt be more happy with her service.
Just recently was my childs birthday which was celebrated with a party from kerry and presents, nice to know they feel special on their birthday.
10/10 service

Found Kerry on this website and was so pleased to come across her.
As a mother needing childcare it was very important to leave my child knowing they are in safe hands with a loving trustworthy kind caring provider.
Kerry is all the above and more.
Her reassuring messages and updates throughout the day with photographs was so comforting for me while at work.
Her activities were great and challenging and it was nice to see what my child had been up too all day.
My child was always excited to go to her setting and meet his friends. He constantly spoke about his groups of friends and the daily visits they attended.
Kerry has a beautiful clean home, very spacious, lovely playroom and a big garden so i felt my son was well stimulated and entertained all day being as though i work 10 hours a day. My son also is a vegetarian so Kerry has to make him different foods to suit his diet. I am kept updated with his lunch/dinners and we are grateful and pleased she accommodates our needs.
Thank you for all your hard work, it is much appreciated by myself and my husband.
We would certainly recommend Kerry and her setting, GREAT!

Kerry is truly an amazing childminder. My son has been going to Kerry for over a year now and he loves her and being there. He comes home happy and full of life after having a busy fun-filled day. My son has had ups and downs with food, naps etc as most kids and Kerry has done nothing but work along with him so his needs are met and he is happy and satisfied. Kerry goes the extra mile with the children's learning and development and has planned activities everyday to enhance these be it visiting a farm, outdoor playing, story time and lots more. She would go out of her way to help me and my unpredictable hours as much as she can which is brilliant.
From my first meeting Kerry and seeing the environment she has created for the children I felt at ease and even happy to leave my son there. She keeps me updated on a daily basis with eating, napping and photos of my son having a great time or doing something new that day!
I look forward to my son continuing to go to Kerry in he future and can't recommend her enough.
