About Me

I am an Ofsted Registered childminder located in Devoran just outside of Truro. I work alongside my partner Mark who is also a Ofsted Registered Childminder and is currently doing his Level 3 Forest School training. Both being artists we do various arts and crafts including creating 3-D sculptures and various creatures; indoors and outdoors.

2 of my own children go to Devoran School/ Pre-school where we do pick ups and drop offs.

We have a large family home with a free-flow toy room. We attend National Trust and English Heritage events and days out regularly. We do lots of art, craft, and junk modelling. We regularly involve children in cooking activities such as pizza, cakes and jam.... We visit various local parks, toddler groups, the Maritime Muesum, Truro Muesum as well as doing various forest and football skills and all year round visiting local Beaches, the ducks and more...

Locally, we walk to the creek in Devoran to do crabbing, the newly updated park in Devoran and the closely located dinosaur territory walk and go in search for muddy puddles and local animals and nature on the nearby Bissoe trail.

We have a big garden where we have created an allotment with the children to grow vegetables and fruit. There is plenty of space to ride bikes/ scooters and play football, build camps/ dens and more...
