About Me
I have always had a love and interest in working with children and young babies. I am one of 5 children and currently have 13 nephews and nieces. I changed my first nappy at age 6 and thousands more since! A biggest part of my nature is to love, care and nurture. I get enormous satisfaction from assisting families in safely and successfully raising their babies into happy and healthy children in all stages from weaning and potty training through to walking, talking and into school.
I have enjoyed a long career of Nannying and 2 years ago I decided to branch out into the field of maternity nursing so I could primarily assist with newborns. I took a MNT course and became qualified as a maternity nurse. I have also taken additional courses to further my knowledge and training. I am looking forward to working with new families and their new arrivals into this world.
In November 2017 I moved house to Wales with my husband as we were expecting our own new arrival. Our daughter was born in January and I have been on maternity leave ever since.
My Experience
18 years working experience as a nanny of newborns through to teenagers in England, Germany and South Africa. Excellent references from former employers.
Full, clean, manual driving licence held for 18 years, Current DBS & First Aid certificate. Qualified Maternity Nurse, Nanny Insurance.
My Qualifications
Qualified maternity nurse on the MNT course, additional courses on breast feeding, allergies and sleep training taken through Bereadytoparent
My Availability
During the day Monday to Friday as long as I can bring my 6 month old daughter with me. Evenings and weekends and nights I can leave her with my husband.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £8.50 per hour
- Maternity Nursing from £12.00 per hour (gross)
Depends on the job required and if I'm bringing my daughter or not but we can negotiate.
