My Experience

I currently hold a Foundation Degree in Early Childhood Policy and Practice (level 5). This is a university degree and has given me vast understanding on your childrens development. Having worked with children from birth to secondary school age, including those with additional needs i believe all children succeed when they are in an environment that interests them. Therefore I believe the parents input is valuable, I will offer every opportunity for you to be involved in your childs learning. At Playdays Childminding Bridlington I will continue to provide HIGH quality childcare in a home from home setting by continually updating my training in relation to current legislations and practice. I completed my Level 4 Diploma in Special Educational Needs in April 2019. I continually study various short courses which you can always ask about when visiting.

Here at Playdays its 2 for the price of 1 ! My hubby who you will meet at the beginning and the end of the day is also qualified (level 3) and has vast experience in working with children and families. He has experience in childcare settings and currently works with families and children in his role in Bridlington. We can both offer invaluable advice and guidance. Feel free to come and meet us you will not be disappointed.

Andy currently holds a level 3 Btec National Diploma in Childcare and Education. Andy is a qualified baby massage instructor and family links advisor. He has studied a vast amount of training this is available to view at any time as too many to list.

Andy is also studying his Level 4 Diploma in Special Educational Needs and Disability.

My Availability

I am currently full for under 5's until Sep 2020 however it is always best to contact me as this can change or I may be able to offer 1 off days.

I do have a waiting list for September 2020 you can be added to.

School holiday availability please contact me as this varies.

No child can attend until we get to meet you so come visit us we have an open door policy and always welcome new children to playdays.

Some children are still attending from secondary school as they just don't want to leave!

My Fees

• Childminding from £4.20 per hour

Minimum of 4 hours a day. No daily fees. Just per hour.
