Emma is a wonderful person with perfect approach towards children. She has been taking care of our 2yo daughter, Pola for over a year now. Pola loves staying at her home and she is always very excited to go there and play with other children. Emma is very creative, always coming up with great activities developing fine and gross motor skills (lots of water/sand/crafts/sensory play). They spend plenty of time outdoors, playing in local parks, walking to playgroups etc. And I personally love daily diaries - she writes what they have been doing and eating - that gives me a glimpse of Pola's busy day. Additionally she is very flexible, communicative and open to suggestions. I cannot praise Emma enough and I highly recommend her as a childminder.
