Ruksana looked after my daughter when I went back to work when she was 18 months old. She was always so welcoming, professional, friendly, reliable and very experienced and can cope with anything.
My daughter settled quickly and it was always a happy face environment.
Ruksana was always very imaginative with lots of activities and I shall never forget the howls of laughter coming from her flat on bubble playing days. I always had lots of photos and updates from the Babydays app.
She lives opposite Clissold Park and the kids went out everyday and had the best back garden around.
Ruksana provided all meals, which were healthy and well balanced which was a great help and managed to get my daughter to eat bread, which is more than I ever managed.
I highly recommend her as a Childminder and you will feel reassured that she is looking after your children.

Ruskana is actually a godsend in my opinion literally my husband organised a surprisingly spa retreat for me then without thinking no nursery space, relatives unavailable until a searching online during the day I felt like my day was getting better she was available at moment notice and cheaper.
Today I received updates throughout the day although I was enjoying relaxation massage seeing how happy my son was and the interaction especially it being he's first ever child minding and so on,
my emotions were to say the least 'thats date night settled'
Above all I highly recommend her and will undoubtedly be seeing her again and her family very soon

My son started with Rukhsana in jan 2019 and so far its been a very smooth ride. He has warmed to Rukhsana and her family - has even met and began to build a rapport with my daughter though she doesn't attend this childcare.
Always updates me with all aspects of care and is always keen to get feedback.
Rukhsana has done very well to integrate my son into her family which makes my son amd i feel better for having to part ways every day when i go to work.

Rukhsana and her lovely family have been looking after my 11 month old daughter; honestly I couldn't have asked for a more loving, caring and understanding childcare setting/provider.
My daughter is always happy there, and my family always feel welcomed there too.
Shining star childcare are very professional; efficient; up-to-standards; and extremely reliable!
I would recommend them highly.

We moved from italy few weeks ago, and both me and my partner started to work immediately.
We found Rukshana from italy and we immediately went to talk to her.
Our 19th months son was never been look after by somebody else rather than us, we ere really worried but Rukshana treated him like her own child, she kept us send us update through the day with pictures and video and we immediately saw that he liked her! we were really pleased!
it took just about 2 weeks to him to fully settle and now when he is with her he gets really clingy to her and want to stay next to her all the time. They go to the park every day, the play and explore, we love that he's there in a safeplace with somebody that really love her jobs and the kids she look after.
I like the fact that they all remove their shoes in sign of respect before entering the house and that the kids are free to roam around in a dedicated area without having to do some particular activity but just being able to play with each other.
We are really happy we found her 1 we believe our child is holding a special place in his heart for her already!

We have recently started with Rukshana and this is our first experience with a child-minder. Our children have settled very well with her. I have been reassured with her professional and friendly services and have found her reliable.

I have used Ruksana's services as my very first childminder for my 6 month daughter. I felt relaxed and at ease as Ruksana is a very experienced childminder and she provides regular contact about feeds, nappy changes and naps.
She has been flexible as I work one long shift on Thursdays and was able to pick up my daughter at 7.30pm. There are activities for the children of all ages and its a very safe and welcoming home environment. I will definitely continue to use her service as my daughter was taken care of so well and I didnt have to worry whilst doing 9 hours at work. Definite thumbs up from this mum.

My daughter was in nursery but since I moved her to the childminder I noticed the difference on the first day as she is happy. They go to the park and to the libraries, group centre, etc.. They do many activities during the day, on the end she arrives tired. They also have app where you can download from your mobile phone and you can follow them step by step during the day. Very good service! homemade food and made in the day and best of all is that my daughter has formed a family bond, lovely and happy family. Rukhsana and her Husband looks like second mum and dad, caring and with experience. they make you feel at home, her children are so lovely and friendly with others children and my girl never want to leave them. They are the best childminder I had seen and I recommend.

I was so nervous meeting Ruksana for the first time . But she made me feel home , and comfortable .
She and her family are so easy going . After my first meeting her and her lovely family I had made my mind up that only she will look after my son .
My son was very unsettle in the beginning but thanks to Rukhsana , her patience and calm , loving nature win my son. She's absolutely a second mum to him . He has been with her for 5 months now and I completely satisfied with her caring , helpful and professional manner.
As I'm a single mum , having her husband around my son and other children is absolutely fantastic ad he offers my child a dad figure and he also gives me peace of mind when I m away at work . Her daughter is also so good with children and gives lots of love to children around her . So I feel children in her care are actually home, away from home. I feel my child have siblings and great family when I'm not there.
She always takes him out to different places and does very creative activities with him specially the messy play enjoyed by my son. My son have learnt a lot with her . There are always new activities arranged by her.
As I'm a first time mum, and Rukhsana completely understands that and advises me on healthy eating and things to do with him at home, to help him with his development and learning.
Her communication skills are amazing. I am updated regularly via her app. I always see his pictures and video clips doing all kind of activities. Which is so 're assuring that my child is in good hands. On picking him up she again tells me about him which gives it a personal touch. I think Rukhsana and her family are doing a great job and I can not praise them enough .
They work very hard as a team.

Initially I was wavering about getting a child minder for my Daughter. I called Rukhsana a few times and was initially reluctant as my daughter has never been left with anyone other than myself and her siblings and father. However I found Rukhsana very patient, and very supportive. She was very reassuring and made me feel confident and assured that my daughter will be left in the best capable hands.
Rukhsana is very professional, my daughter settled very easily with her. She has so many activities for her to do. Rukhsana sends me communication of how my daughter is doing everyday as well as what activities she is doing and a breakdown of how she has been for the day which is very reassuring and nice to have. Also I am very happy with Rukhsana as she is very flexible, reliable and very friendly. Since going to he,r my daughter has picked up on different things a lot more and is learning more.
I am so glad I chose to let my daughter go to Rukhsana as she is great! Lovely Woman!
