My son has really taken to Rukhsana and her husband, lovely vibrant child minders . My son always excited to arrive and has settled very well.
I feel happy and content with there care.
I like that I can check on him anytime and there is updates and allot of communication .

Rukhsana and her husband are an excellent pair of childminders. My son is always looking forward to spend time in the setting. I have daily updates of his meals, progress which I am very grateful for as a working mother. They make me feel in charge , make my son feel welcomed and we both appreciate the service provided. The fact that they offer pick-up and drop-off is highly valued by us for both time and convenience. I can not praise this family - enough. They are available at short notice, they reply promptly, they accept suggestions for outings and meals. Professional, yet all around a wholesome family service. ..and there is home made bread! (icing on the cake!) Highly recommended.

I have 2 girls. One is 4 years old and another is 1.5 years old. We quite worried to leave my little one at first. But everything was going very well. Rukhsana kept update my little girl photoes and the activities thay've done. My elder cried every time I have picked her up at Rukhsana's house because she still want to play there.

First time meeting ..was friendly, Kind, gentle, understanding, attention to detail & caring. Week one of looking after my 4 year old daughter was excellent she sttle in quickly and not complaining about her stay and my daughter had full trust with her due to the care and fun she had spending with her. Week 2,3 & 4 my daughter continue to love going and spending with her and show me that she learning and doing new things she never knew before. I am supper happy I choose this lovely and wonderful childcare to look after my daughter well being. Rukhsana you're so professional. Waaaw. You do a lot with the children, yet you charge little. Thank you so much for welcoming us into your beautiful home. My kids loved the play room and and your house. You're such a nice person with a passion to help parents. The activities I could not find any fault. Keep up the good work. God bless you.

As a first time Mum returning to work I was nervous about leaving my son with a childcare provider, but from day one Rukhsana was so caring and sympathetic. She has taken great care to get to know our son quickly and he warmed to her immediately! Her own lovely children create a warm family atmosphere in her home, in which she provides a range of stimulating activities for the children. She takes advantage of Clissold Park being close to her by taking the kids on regular trips out, which is great as it is a lovely space. Her realtime updates via the app are a pleasure to see while I'm at work and I can see exactly what my son is getting up to, as well as all his feeds and naps.

After contacting Rukhsana, we met at her home, taking my son along as well.
She is very welcoming, friendly and genuine.
She has a very nice family home, with many toys and activities for the children, and has transformed her front room just for the children. She is a dedicated childminder.
My 1yr old son enjoys his time there and will tell me what he has done, by imitating what he may have done as well as using words he has picked up.
Rukhsana follows my instructions on how I like my son to be minded as well as having much care when it comes to allergies, as my son does have quite a severe case.
Rukhsana is very advanced compared to all childminders. She has her own app where she uploads pictures And videos, notes down nappy changes as well as what they have done during the day. It's something that's needed for parents to keep up with their children. Both parents have access to the app via our phones.
I was very apprehensive on returning back to work, as well as my husband not being keen on childcare, however after the first Day of leaving my son, I've had no doubts or worries. I was kept informed about how he was and what he was doing.
She is now a friend of ours as well as my son's childminder.
I would definitely recommend Rukhsana to all parents.

As soon as I message her I get a swift reply and it's like that all the time. Any questions I had was answered quickly and we also came to a quick agreement.
Literally within 3days I was on the phone to tax credit arranging for her to be my child minder. She was quickly available to pass any relevant information.
My daughter warmed to her quickly, she works a long side her assistant childminder who is also approved (her husband) and they have a natural family atmosphere in there's home.
There home is very clean and looks safe. When I first visited a child was there who was given plenty attention and care I was really happy.
Today was day one my daughter was left in there care and as soon as they got in and settled I was sent a picture of her settled in in there home. They sign you up to an interactive app where you can view payments, activities, diet etc and a password protected. You get a username and pick your own password. I felt to relieved when I got sent a picture via the app and she looks happy.
She's very understanding of my home personal believe and also personal circumstances. I've been very busy and she's been nothing but patient. She's very nice fun and bubbly.
They dropped my daughter off on time and she was in clean condition.
I literally can't thank her enough! The process was so easy and they're so understanding. As a young mum I really needed that!

I have never used a childminder before and was very nervous when I went to meet Rukhsana and her family, but I when I entered her home that feeling soon left me.
My daughter is 1 and can be very particular around new faces but she took to the whole family instantly. I knew straight away my search was over and I had found the family that was perfect for my daughter to be cared for by.
Rukhsana and her husband work alongside each other as a team and are both very easy going and are able to create an automatic bond with children, also their own children love and care for the children that come and share their home with them.
Due to not being in work Long and never before leaving any of my children from such a young age I couldn't be more pleased to have come across Rukhsana and her beautiful family, luckily I haven't needed to search around and confuse myself. From one conversation and a face to face meeting along with my daughter, was enough to make me know I had found the perfect childminder for her.
I look forward to forming a great relationship with this family and to the new experiences my daughter will experience whilst I'm working.

We meet with Rukhsana last week in her house to talk about my daughter.she absolutely adorable very nice person,friendly all her family.My daughter is there twice a week and all a see she like very much Rukhsana.
