My daughter has been going to Jess for almost three years. Jess and her family took her in as one of their own, she’s slowly increased from just an afternoon a week to full time over the last three years! Her confidence has improved amazingly. My daughter can be fussy with her eating but Jess always accommodates her and encourages her to explore new foods. My child has had some problems in the last year, and Jess has been a constant support to her and has gone over and above what I would expect from another childcare provider. Jess is extremely flexible, and we mutually fit in with each other’s schedules.

Recently my daughter has surprised me by coming home using makaton, she learnt this after being taught it with Jess. Jess told us that she had recently been on a course and is passing her knowledge on to the children in her care!

My disabled son will be starting with Jess, and my daughter will be joining Jess before and after school. There is no one else I would trust to care for and love my children quite as much as I trust Jess.

Jess gives us a number of different ways to communicate about my daughter, we had chosen to do so via using messaging service which works brilliantly for us!

Jess is the only person we have ever left our disabled son with, and I trust her literally with his life.

We get regular photos and updates, Jess’ house is the best place to be!

I could not recommend this kind, friendly, fun lady enough.
