About Me

I am registered childminder through my local council in london borough of Sutton and with ofsted living in Carshalton I have a vacancy Coming up in September 2015 I recieved a GOOD in August 2011 from my 1st ofsted inspection.
I live with my partner and 2 daughters, I was a retail manager for 16 years and changed careers into childcare in march 2011.We live in a 2 bedroom semi- detached house with a large summerhouse that's dedicated to my business and provides a large free flow playing area linking into the garden.
All my training is up to date, I completed my diploma,currently training with Sutton council towards a quality mark and evaluate my training to keep up to date.
We attend a couple of morning playgroups and I plan a variety of activities through a child's development plan , festivals and linked to a child individual interests.
We love to play at all our local parks, feed ducks, attend local soft play and in holidays we have outings to sea life , museums , zoo's and lots of themed activities !
I write a daily dairy for information on meals/activity and use to communicate with parents daily.
Within a child's learning journey I document observation, photos, plans, assessments and parent feedback.I provide monthly newsletters and invoices and write term reports on a child's development .
I enjoy parents feedback and work in partnership with all parents to provide 360 approach to care.
I am happy to show you all the plans and activities we achieve for widen understanding of a child's day in my care.
My home is located near bus routes linking to Morden tube, Mitcham junction train & tram linking to Wimbledon and Croydon , local buses also link to Sutton and Wallington.( all bus stops max. 5 minute walk) Free parking outside my property to leave your car or I have a side gate to leave buggies and bikes.
