I have 18 years childcare experience with children 0-16 years. I am passionate about building loving, respectful relationships with children and take a respectful approach with my charges and their families.
I have experience working in nurseries, as a nanny, mother's helper, babysitter and also run my own business delivering parenting workshops, parent and child groups, Home Ed groups and school holiday provision.
My approach is focussed on respectful, collaborative, loving relationships. I am flexible in most things however am firm in my approach towards children's behaviour- all behaviour is communication and children do well when they can. It is my job to ensure the circumstances and environment I provide meet children's needs and support them emotionally.
