When we needed a temporary nanny for our 3-year old daughter, Liyanna was a godsend. Always punctual, prepared and charming to interact with. Her experience is obvious and her demeanour with children creates a healthy learning environment - safe, supported, encouraged, etc. She's creative with her activities, knows the child centres and will get the children out to socialise, undeterred by bad weather. She cooks healthy and yummy food that even our picky eater ate and cleans up well after herself. If you're looking for a nanny for your child, you'd be hard-pressed to find one better than Liyanna.
Overall
Michelle watched our 2.5-year old daughter for 4 full days/wk for 6 months. She was dependable, professional and a pleasure to work with - and our daughter adored her. She's great at involving the kids in the day-to-day, engaging them with age-appropriate toys/puzzles/tasks/activities, etc. She always made an effort to get the children out and about - to play centres, parks, shops, etc. She cooked healthful well-rounded meals and even got our picky eater eating some vegetables. And as far as the paperwork and developmental stages go, she dots her i's and crosses her t's. I would 100% recommend Michelle if you're looking for a great childminder you can count on and trust.
