Rose took care of my 10 months old daughter for the last 2 months, once a week. She is easy to communicate with, reliable, flexible, thoughtful and very friendly. She treats my daughter as an individual and quickly found out the things she likes (music and dancing), rather than approaching her as a 'generic baby'. Rose thinks about how best to relate to the child, which I'm sure she does differently each time, according to the need and personality of the baby and parent. My little one was all smiles for her when we opened the door to let Rose in.
I found her communication very honest and reliable.
We have a place in a small nursery for 2 days now, which suits us better in the long run, but I will happily continue with Rose as a babysitter and occasional nanny.
