My Experience

I left college in 1991 and was a nanny for 14 years. I had a few jobs with children aged from 4 months to 11years old. In 2005 I started work in a primary school with children in the after-school club and at lunchtime. After a few months, this job turned into a nursery nurse job in the school nursery. I now work part time as a key-worker in the nursery as part of the early years team and also Pupil Support and Parent Partnership Lead.

My Qualifications

I left college with a distinction in my NNEB. Since working in the school, I have done courses on play, social and emotional aspects of learning, child protection and a St. Johns first aid certificate. I have recently updated my first aid with a 3day paediatric first aid course and an additional 2 day general first aid course. I passed both and have updated my certificate recently in November 2021.

My Availability

I am available most evenings and all weekend. I am also available for full days in school holidays. In the evenings I am available from 5pm. I have done overnight stays before and would be happy to do this on weekends or in school holidays but not mid-week. I can babysit in Coulsdon and surrounding areas.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £12.00 per hour
• Nannying from £12.00 per hour (net)

For evening babysitting and Saturdays I charge £12 per hour until midnight and £14 per hour past midnight. I charge £110 for a 14 hour overnight stay. Sundays are £15 per hour.
