My name is Katie, I am 24 years old. I am a kind, out going and reliable person. I enjoy the company of children and have done since I was young as I grew up with nieces and nephews. I enjoy creating fun activities and exploring the outdoors. I love teaching children new experiences, i find this can be achieved through outdoor time, quiet time, mark making and messy play.I enjoy working with children of all ages.
My Experience
I am currently an after school Nanny. I worked in a day nursery for 6 years . I mainly work with children ranging from the ages of 2-4 but I have also worked in the baby room ranging from 7 months - 2 years. I enjoy working with children of any ages. I am Level 2 qualified. I have first aid training and a current DBS. I also used to be a gymnastics coach, I taught children raging from the age of 4-16. I work around the EYFS daily in my current role. I have experience with special needs children although not qualified. I also do a lot of babysitting in my spare time. I have a full UK drivers licence which I have held for 5 years.
