Joss is a very inspiring and motivated young man. He is exceptional in his craft and has a genuine care for his job and the families he works with. With hard work and perseverance Joss is slowly changing the female dominated industry and I am satisfied that he deserves all the recognition he gets. Keep up the great work! Awesome manny

Having a son as a single mother I felt it was important to have the balance of a male to care for him so he can get involved in all the things I may overlook as an overprotective mother. He brings a lot of fun and excitement to my son and understands his need for routine having sen. Couldn't ask for a better carer.

A caring and calm manny

Joss is caring and calm and was wonderful with my 7month old baby. Immediately listened to instructions and followed through and was smiley and playful. Just what I needed whikstinf visiting london when I needed a few days off whilst still keeping peace of mind!

Joss is everything you could want from a Nanny!

I believe Joss deserves this award as he is amazing with children in regards to communicating with them, while nuturing and aiding their development, an excellent advocate for care-giving and an all around inspiration that you can be commited and excel in a field where you are the minority in regards to your gender!

The best of the best

From my son was in nursery joss has been an exceptional role model and still to this day his bond with all the kids he comes across it the best of the best 7 years later and my son still remembers him. He has created an everlasting bond and is truly amazing at what he does.
