Amazing childcare provider who knows his stuff!

Joss is an absolute natural when it's comes to children. So much so that you can give him the name "toddler whisperer." He has a passion for childcare and this shows through in everything he does and is working towards. He's a walking Penny Tassoni book in relation to toddler advice and also has years of dedicated experience behind him, to showcase his knowledge, in the practical sense. He is definitely breaking barriers being a male nanny of Afro-Caribbean descent and deserves all the support we can give him!

I believe Joss deserves this as he shows his commitment to improving children's lives everyday. Not many men take on these roles, so to acknowledge his work can encourage more men to take on these roles and become great models for our future children's lives!

Very Professional

Not only is he a confident and encouraging individual, he makes sure to create an environment for the clients that is an all round positive experience. Also ensuring that he plays a responsible role in the community. Before JossyCare, I had never heard of a successful Manny care.The reviews have been phenomenal.
