She applied for the job after explaining the role she agreed she’s interested & requested to do a FaceTime interview before meeting in person . We did the interview she agreed she really interested and we should move forward. I asked her to confirm a date to meet in person before working and to bring her cv . The day she was suppose to show up she said her phone broked I rescheduled still no show up. Then on the day of the job she expected to just show up . And then when I asked her if we can meet first she then asks questions we have already gone over & says she no longer interested. Waste of time unprofessional lack of communication.
