I have worked in early years for almost 8 years now which had made me quite fussy when looking for childcare for my 1year old and 4 year old. However Lucy provides outstanding care to the children she looks after, both my children adore her! She has helped my youngest grow in confidence so much, she is happy to go to Lucy as soon she sees her and when I pick her up she is always full of smiles (and won't leave Lucy without a cuddle first). Lucy provides fantastic activities with opportunities for the children to explore aswell as regularly taking them out on trips to the park, soft play etc and takes lots of photos so we can see what a fantastic day our children have had. She also sent me messages throughout the day the first time I left my youngest with her which not only made me smile to hear how happy my daughter was but also helped ease my working mum guilt. I couldn't ask for a better person to be looking after my girls while I'm working.
