About Me
I am a mother of 2 boys (age 9 and 11) and love working with children. I recently decided to leave primary school teaching to become a childminder and am really enjoying the extra time I can now spend with my children.
It is great to watch children learn and grow through play. Every day is different and it's fun finding new activities and challenges for the children to enjoy both indoors and outdoors.
My Experience
I started babysitting at a young age and since then I have been an au pair for a child with special needs, a primary school teacher for 16 yrs and have my own 2 boys (which is the best experience possible!).
My Qualifications
I was a Primary School Teacher for 16 years and recently switched career to childminding.
I completed the Level 3 Award in Preparing to Work in Home-Based Childcare through PACEY.
I am Ofsted registered and achieved an overall 'Good' with Outstanding features in my last inspection.
I have a full paediatric first aid certificate.
My Availability
From September I will be working Monday - Wednesday, 8:00am - 4.30pm, TERM TIME ONLY.
I currently have one space available for Sept 2024

My Fees
- Childminding from £8.00 per hour
I charge by the hour. Lunch and snacks are included.
